Do you offer one-time only service?
Yes! We are able to save you time and effort by taking over a clean up prior to an outdoor gathering/event. Please schedule as far in advance as possible for this type of service.
Is this a subscription based program that takes 20 clicks if I ever decide to cancel?
While recurring services are most cost effective, we do not require a contract and you may cancel at any time in our user-friendly client portal.
Do you provide year-round service?
Yes! Four-legged family members don’t hibernate during winter months, and our services don’t halt during chillier months either!
Do my dogs need to be inside during my scheduled service?
In most cases dogs may be outside while your yard is being serviced. However, if your dog displays aggressive behavior and won’t allow entry to your yard, we will notify you and this may impact your scheduled service.
Is there an additional fee for my first clean up?
This is dependent on the severity of clean-up required and therefore, there may be an extra charge for your first visit. Please contact us for more details using the contact us link or by calling 972-814-0026 to inquire.
Do you operate during holidays?
We do not offer services on the following holidays:
New Year’s Day | Memorial Day |
Labor Day | Thanksgiving | Christmas
If your service date falls on a holiday, we will contact you in advance.
Do you take waste with you?
No, waste is placed in your trash bin. If your bin is unavailable we will bag the waste and place it near your gate.
How is payment handled?
Once you are established as a customer you will have access to our client portal where payments are processed.
Do you bill monthly for recurring service?
We sure do! Billing occurs on the 1st of each month. Initial, one-time cleanups are billed separately… however, if you continue service you will be billed for the remainder of the month.
Do you disinfect your equipment?
Yes, we use a kennel grade disinfectant no our shoes and tools to ensure your pet is safe from potential cross-contamination.
Can I purchase a gift card or voucher for a friend or family member?
Yes. Giving the gift of time back to a friend or loved one is invaluable.
